Q. What is our policy regarding the provision of product samples? A. Samples will be provided on free of cost basis for approval, only after receipt of buyers purchase order against buyer's inquiry and our Quotation. |

Q. What payment options do we provide to our customers? A. All payments should be made in US Dollars or Euros/GBP preferred payment terms are as under » Advance T/T against Proforma Invoice. » Or By Irrevocable L/C. |

Q. What machinery do we use at our manufacturing facilities? A. We possess two well-equipped modern manufacturing facilities with CNC Lathes, Multi-Spindles Auto screw Machine, Single Spindle Auto Screw Machine, Semi-Automats, Forging & Silver Plating etc. |

Q. What quality tests do we perform on Valves & Fittings manufactured by us? A. Our range of Valves & Fittings undergo performance tests like High pressure, Impulse, Vibration, Vacuum Temperature, Pneumatic etc. |

Q. What types of inspection our Valves & Fittings get? A. SEALEXCEL 
Valves & Fittings are inspected right from incoming raw material,
while in process, final inspection of all components prior to assembly,
final assembly, batch wise sampling performance test and packing. |

Q. How do we proceed with product designing and prototyping? A. We use state-of-the-art computer aided designing facilities for designing & prototyping. |

Q. Do we sell directly or through distributors? A. We sell our products directly as well as through distributors, as per the distributors Agreement. |

Q. What are the Minimum Orders / Samples we undertake? A. Please consult us with your minimum quantity requirements. |

Q. What are the Shipping terms we offer? A. Shipments will be by Air Freight/Sea Freight/Courier on "Freight To pay Basis". If any other options are preferred, please contact us. |

Q. What warranty terms do we provide on our products? A. All the SEALEXCEL
products come with a warranty of 12 months from the date of shipment
against any defect in material or workmanship. The warranty stands for
replacement of determined defective parts only. |
