To ensure a leak free seal, SEALEXCEL^® recommends the use of a pipe thread sealant on all taper pipe threads. The most effective sealing method is PTFE tape. Tape should be used only on Male pipe threads.

Instructions
Clean both Male and Female tapered thread. Two wraps are suggested in the direction of male tapered thread spiral, for proper make up.
